Overview
This unique opportunity to see the island’s vast array of natural wonders starts at a Tanjung Rhu fishing village where you board your boat for a wonderful cruise around the islands. Pass through thick mangrove forest fringed by limestone caves and hidden canyons and look out for the abundant wildlife that gathers along the coastal waters including kingfishers, monitor lizards, monkeys and mud crabs.
Head out of the mangroves and visit a local fish farm, before the undoubted highlight of the day. Enjoy the exceptional sight of the protected white-headed sea eagles swooping down as they are fed fish, a moment you will not want to miss with your camera! There is one final stop to view a cave system that is home to millions of bats before a gentle cruise back to Tanjung Rhu past the scenic coastal areas of the northern islands.
